My Role: As the visual designer, I collaborated with several customers across different market segments to gain insight into their interests. Our goal was to inform and educate architects and designers about product features and value-added services.
Planning & Scope Definition: I helped defined the site goals with Patterson Pope marketing directors. I prioritized features for launch and beyond.
Design Execution & Validation: I created frameworks and prototypes to share the vision, design principles and content strategy.
Who is Patterson Pope: They are Experts of storage and specialize in helping architects and designers store anything. I partnered with P2's project manager and their primary product manufacturer to uncover insights and translate concepts into features that address customer behaviours and motivations.
